  • ASCEND MindSpace offers clinical counselling. Sessions are therapeutic in nature and follow professional counselling standards.

  • No. My role is not to direct decisions, but to help create the internal conditions where clarity and discernment can emerge. Decisions always remain yours.

  • Initial sessions focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and establishing a sense of safety and pacing. There is no pressure to disclose more than feels comfortable.

  • No. ASCEND MindSpace does not provide crisis services. If you are in immediate distress, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support line.

  • The approach is power-aware, regulation-focused, and grounded in helping clients restore clarity, stability, and confidence in their decisions. Counselling emphasizes emotional regulation, self-trust, thoughtful decision-making, and internal steadiness rather than quick fixes or labels.

Foundry BC (Free — ages 12–24)
